I have used gold heat embossing for the boats & stamped the images in Crumb Cake. I have also used the 2" Circle Punch & the Label Me Lovely Punch. I have used retired ribbon, cork paper & designer series paper. You could recreate the watercolour look with Fluid 100 watercolour paper, Water Painters & ink pads/ink refills.
