Stampin Dreams Blog Hop Jan - Petal Passion Memories & More Cards

Hi Crafters!

Tonight I'm playing along with the Stampin' Dreams blog hop group & we have a bunch of really special Love Theme cards & projects for you, so make sure you hop all the way through!

I have made a three different cards using the new Petal Passion Memories & More Card Collection. I just love these collections! They make for quick & easy cards, tags & scrapbooking pages.

I just love these black & white with a hint of pink! For this first one, I have used a large card, trimmed to fit with the sentiment cut out of one of the small cards. Then I have added some Black Rhinestones. Did you know you can colour your Rhinestones, Pearls & other embellishments with a Sharpie to make them any colour you like?

For the inside, I have trimmed a small card to fit in the corner.

I have done a similar thing with this next card, using a slightly trimmed large card with the leaf pattern on it & then layering two small cards over the top. The back of the black dot layer is where I cut the sentiment out from for the first card, but you can't see it as only the edges are showing. The little heart comes from the sticker sheet you get with the pack. I thought this would be a good masculine card.

You get two of each card in the pack, so I have used the other one for the inside & stamped the sentiment from the Petal Passion stamp set.

And this last one has the large pink card with the black circle print on it, with a floral sticker & then I have fussy cut the sentiment from another card. I have also added more Black Rhinestones & some Silver Metallic Thread to this card. I have left the inside blank.
