Hi Crafters!
Thanks for joining me & the crew for our monthly Ink & Inspiration Blog Hop! I hope you enjoy all our projects, hop around everyone's blogs & leave a comment on each - everyone loves a bit of blog love! This month we are making Wedding/Anniversary themed projects & I am showing you one I have made for my brother & his wife for their 4th wedding anniversary. My sister-in-law loves magenta, so I thought I'd put a bit of Berry Burst into the card.
I have used a Crumb Cake card base with a layer of Basic Black with the Flourish Dies cut out of it. Sandwiched in between these two layers is a piece of Watercolor cardstock, which I have coloured a rainbow with the Watercolor Pencils & spritzed with water, so the colours ran a little.
Next, I have added some of the Stripe Ribbon, Finely Woven Berry Burst Ribbon & Burlap Ribbon. I have also used some of the gold stickers from the Love Today Planner & some of the Black Rhinestones.
On the inside, I have sponged Berry Burst in the corner. My sponge had a little Watermelon Wonder on it from the last time I used it, so the two colours have blended a little. Then I have stuck some more of the gold stickers on the inside.
