Winter Wonderland Week - Day 6

Day 6!! One more card to go after today & then the comp is drawn & Sunday 6pm AEST we have the Blog Hop with the Pootles Gang! Exciting times ahead! The blog hop is a sneak peek for the new catalogue coming out on 5 Jan so definitely come back & check it out, there are heaps of really talented people taking part so there are sure to be some really beautiful creations!!

Today I've decided to play along with the Mojo Monday #428 Challenge. Here is their sketch:

I have used the Whisper White card stock base & Basic Black card stock square layer over the top, along with the Winter Wonderland DSP in keeping with my theme this week. I've layered the different DSP patterns to imitate the night sky with snow falling on the trees. I have also used Cherry Cobbler card stock to layer it all up.

I have cut the note tag myself, the ribbon on it is from my stash & I've propped it up on dimensionals. The sentiment is from the Lots of Joy stamp set in Cherry Cobbler ink, on Whisper White card stock, punched with the 1 3/4" Circle Punch. The little hole punched for the ribbon has been made with an everyday office hole punch, from my stash of stolen office supplies pre maternity leave hahaha just kidding :P

I've also used the Merry Christmas stamp from the Lots of Joy stamp set on the inside of the card, in Cherry Cobbler ink.
